Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You must contact us within 7 days of purchase and have our response before returning the items to us.
We will only deal with the original purchaser not onsold clients.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, deposits on education classes

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)

We will refund you if the item is faulty. Please contact us first if you believe it is and we will ask you questions to determine if the product is faulty. This may include sending us photos or returning the item to us to test to see if it is faulty. Items must be returned to us to receive a refund.  We will do our best to work out why and off you a refund or your choice of replacement if it is found faulty. 

We do not give a refunds because you changed your mind. But we do offer credit or exchange within 7 days if the item is unused.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, this can take approximately 1 week.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours of notification of acceptance.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will give you a store credit on items if they are returned to us, in following all our guidelines. Store credit can be used on any future purchases.

Gifts
Free or bonus items cannot be returned for credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund/store credit. Unless the item is faulty in which case we will also refund your shipping. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
